How do I pay for a casual courier booking?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal through our secure checkout. A tax invoice and consignment number are emailed immediately upon payment confirmation.
Can I cancel or modify a booking?
Modifications are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup window without penalty. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a dispatch fee.
Are casual bookings insured?
Standard carriage liability applies per our Terms & Conditions. Additional declared-value coverage can be selected at checkout for high-value items.
