The customer warrants that:

  • All goods provided for freight or storage are securely packed and labelled correctly for transport.
  • Descriptions of goods (dimensions, weights, and categories) submitted via our booking portal or EDI systems are accurate.
  • No dangerous goods will be submitted without written agreement and clearance.

Terms & Conditions FAQ

Plain-language answers to common questions about our carriage terms and liability framework.

What liability limits apply to freight carriage? +
Standard commercial carriage liability is limited per kilogram as specified on the consignment note and full Terms & Conditions. Clients may purchase additional declared-value coverage for high-value cargo.
What are the warehousing storage limits? +
Storage liability is calculated per pallet position per week unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fragile or high-value goods require declared-value registration before intake.
How are disputes and claims handled? +
Claims must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for loss). Our claims team investigates with POD records, GPS logs, and load restraint documentation.
Can terms be varied for enterprise contracts? +
Yes. Enterprise clients may negotiate customised SLA schedules, liability caps, and insurance requirements under a formal carriage agreement.
