How to monitor shipments and interpret tracking milestones.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking reference appears on the booking confirmation email, SMS alert, and consignment note label. Account clients also see references in EDI DESADV messages.
What tracking milestones will I see?
Standard events include: Booking Confirmed, Picked Up, At Hub, Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Exception (if applicable). GPS coordinates update during active transit legs.
How soon is POD available after delivery?
Digital POD with signature capture and optional photo is published within 5 minutes of delivery completion and pushed via API/webhook where configured.
Why does my tracking show 'At Hub' overnight?
Regional and overnight linehaul consignments are staged at our North Rocks hub for sortation onto the next scheduled delivery run. This is normal for non-same-day lanes.
