What is the latest time I can book a same-day pickup?
Same-day pickup requests must be submitted before 2:00 PM AEST for metro addresses, subject to vehicle availability in your zone.
Do drivers bring labels and consignment notes?
Yes. Drivers arrive with pre-printed labels linked to your booking reference. For account clients, SSCC labels can be generated from your WMS.
What if my cargo is not ready when the driver arrives?
A waiting time allowance of 15 minutes is included. Beyond that, redispatch fees may apply. Contact the coordination desk to reschedule without penalty where possible.
