How long is consignment data retained? +
Active consignment records are retained for 7 years in line with Australian tax and transport record-keeping requirements. Anonymised analytics may be retained longer.
Do you share data with third parties? +
Data is shared only with subprocessors necessary to deliver services (e.g. payment processors, GPS telematics providers) under contractual confidentiality and data-processing terms.
How can I request access to or deletion of my data? +
