Common reasons include no access to the property, incorrect address details, recipient unavailable, or unsafe delivery conditions. Check your tracking notes for the specific exception code.
Is redelivery free? +
The first redelivery attempt is complimentary. Subsequent attempts after a second failed delivery may incur a re-dispatch fee per our Terms & Conditions.
Can I authorise leave-at-door delivery? +
Yes. Submit authority-to-leave instructions via this form or contact the coordination desk. AS Logistics records ATL consent against the consignment for audit purposes.
