What is the Track Jobs dashboard?
Track Jobs provides a consolidated view of all active consignments on your account — driver assignment, current GPS location, ETA, and exception flags — updated in near real-time.
How are delay alerts triggered?
Alerts fire when a consignment exceeds its planned ETA by more than 30 minutes, when a driver deviates from the approved route polygon, or when hub sortation delays affect onward dispatch.
Can I export job history for reporting?
Yes. CSV exports covering date range, lane, on-time status, and driver ID are available from the portal. API access is available for enterprise integrations.
